We received a call from a homeowner in Mooresville NC that needed a driveway cleaning, and I convinced them Green Side Pro Wash was the best company for the job. We were hired to do a driveway cleaning along with a roof cleaning. This was a big driveway with lots of dirt and organic buildup that if not done properly would not look good. While pressure washing concrete is easy, paring it with a pre and post treatment will yield the best results. Looking at this driveway from the road, I knew that the mold and algae growing on it had been there for years. The owners couldn’t remember when it was last done. Our team at Green Side Pro Wash LLC used the proper equipment and procedures to transform this dirty driveway with amazing results and the customer could not be happier.

We started out with a pretreatment solution, and the organic growth began to deteriorate. Next, we used our professional pressure washer and surface cleaner to remove the years of built-up dirt and algae with high water flow and low pressure to not damage the concrete. We then edged around the edges where the surface cleaner could not be used for crisp even lines. The last step was to apply a post treatment to remove any residual algae and to prevent the pre mature growth of new algae.

We also performed a roof cleaning on the house by applying a biodegradable roof cleaning solution with low pressure pumps to clean the bacteria called Gleo Capsa Magma from the asphalt shingles. This bacterium eats at the limestone in in the shingles and lessons the lifespan of your shingles if not treated properly.
