House Washing in Davidson, NC
For this particular house wash with Hardi Board siding, we soft washed to remove all the built-up algae, dirt and cobwebs. Under the porch roofs were particularly dirty along with the north facing portion of the house. We applied our house wash solution with low pressure pumps, let the solution dwell to remove the organics and rinsed with low pressure. Pressure washing with high pressure is not always the correct way to complete a project. High pressure can damage siding, especially painted Hardi Board. That’s why we always soft wash when possible to protect your most valuable asset.
