Pressure Washing in Cornelius, NC
We received a call from this homeowner in Cornelius NC for our pressure washing services. They needed a metal roof cleaning, driveway cleaning and patio cleaning. After seeing our before and after pictures and talking with me about the process, they were convinced that Green Side Pro Wash was their best option for the job. Our pressure washing services are second to none and our reviews and results reflect that.
Each of these services can be done easily but if done incorrectly, land scaping can be damaged from overspray and oxidation can occur from the roof cleaning treatment and inconsistent cleaning lines can be left on the driveway leaving an unprofessional look.
For the Roof Washing, we first presoaked all the surrounding vegetation. After all the vegetation was taken care of we determined the correct ratio for our roof washing mix and began applying with our low pressure pumps. Right away we could see our mix was working correctly and let it do its job and rinsed the roof and vegetation after all the dirt and algae was removed from the metal roof.
For the driveway, we applied a pretreatment to loosen the dirt and organic build up. Next, we cleaned the surface with our professional surface cleaner for a uniform finish. Lastly, we applied a post treatment to remove any cleaning imperfections and to prevent premature organic growth.
