Roof Cleaning in Concord, NC
This customer called asking if we could do anything about the black stains on his roof. These stains are a bacteria called Gleocapsa magma. We soft washed the roof with our roof cleaning solution using low pressure 12-volt pumps. The low-pressure pumps allow us to safely clean the roof with out damage that pressure washing would cause. The results were amazing, bringing his asphalt shingles back to their original color.
