Roof Cleaning in Mooresville, NC
We were cleaning a home down the street when this homeowner approached us and asked if we could clean the black streaks (algae) off his roof and remove the built-up leaves and debris that had accumulated over the past few years. We told him we could help with that and stopped at his home after we finished our current job to give him a free quote. We showed him some before and after pictures of previous work we had done, and we scheduled the appointment for several weeks later.
We started by using a leaf blower to remove all the debris from the roof. Then, we applied a biodegradable solution with low pressure approved by all major shingle manufacturers to remove the algae and make the asphalt shingles look new again. During the process, we watered all the surrounding vegetation to ensure there would be no damage in case of overspray.
