For this project, we did a roof cleaning in Kannapolis NC. Using low pressure, we applied a biodegradable solution to the roof to remove and kill all the organic growth (black streaks) on this roof. This bacteria, called gloeocapsa magma, feeds on the limestone in the asphalt shingles shortening the shingle life and negatively affects the curb appeal of your home.
