Roof and House Soft Wash in Mount Ulla, NC
For this particular home, the owner was preparing to sell the property. We soft washed the home cleaning all the organic growth, dirt, cobwebs and insect nests from the entire exterior. We also cleaned red clay stains from the lower brick portion of the home. We also soft washed the north facing roof as it was covered in a bacteria called gloeocapsa magma. We accomplished this by applying a manufacturer recommended bio degradable blend to the shingles to rid the roof of the bacteria which enhanced the curb appeal and helped to preserve the life of the shingles.
