Soft Wash Hardie Board Sided House in Cornelius, NC
Our team of professional soft washed this home that had Hardie Board siding and Sherman Williams paint. You have to be very careful when washing a painted home. Some paints have organic pigments that can be affected by the Soft Wash solution and can also flash oxidize when it is very hot during the summer months. We did a test spot to ensure the paint would not be affected and applied a rinse to the home before applying the cleaning solution. The pre rinse cools the siding to prevent flash oxidation and ensures a quality house wash.
